I am a Clinical Research Fellow at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and am currently based at the Africa Centre for Health and Population Studies. I am funded by a fellowship from the Wellcome Trust and my research is focused on evaluation of TB and HIV diagnostics, with a particular interest in drug resistance. I am an Infectious Diseases physician and so I also work at Hlabisa Hospital and at KwaMsane primary health care clinic. I am particularly interested in working together colleagues at SATuRN to build clinical capacity within the health system to manage drug resistance.
